8)    Cardamom, Coriander & Fennel seeds

These are healthy spices which can also help in eliminating bad breath instantly while allowing your mouth feel fresher.

Majority of us are not aware that eating foods like onions, curry, banana, yogurt or drinking coffee and milk can facilitate the production of bacteria in the mouth and when this happens you’ll surely get bad breath afterwards.
