<li>For the vegetables: Cut 2 onions in long strips as well as the red peppers and carrots then, set these aside in a bowl.</li>
<li>In another casserole, pour 3 spoonful of olive oil and place the sliced onions, red pepper, and carrots. Cook it for at least 15 minutes and season it with a bit salt and pepper. Add a little pulverized laurel, oregano, and a trickle of soybean sauce. Then after, set this aside again.</li>
<li>For the white fish, seasoned with salt and pepper before placing in the oven which is set to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and wait until it’s finally cooked.</li>
<li>When all are set, get the lasagna which you have set aside a while ago including the fried vegetable and sauce.</li>
<li>Pour over the fried vegetables with its sauce to the first layer of the lasagna including the fillet fish, fried tomatoes and grated cheese, and then repeat the process for the rest of the pieces of lasagna until you are done with the last piece.</li>
